Konstrukcja napędzana siłami natury. Wiatrak łapał w swe łopaty wiatr, a w kubeczki umieszczone po okręgu wpadała woda deszczowa z rynny. Uruchomiony wiatrak wprawiał w ruch tracza - pracownika tartaku, który wykonywał ruch naśladujący piłowanie drewna. Niegdyś tracza z wiatrakiem łączył pas klinowy

Józef Chełmowski

A remarkable person with many interests. Artist – sculptor, painter, thinker, constructor. Winner of many prestigious awards. A resident of the world, representing the Kashubian village of Brusy-Jaglie. He continued to create until the last days of his life.

Open-air museum

Over the years, the married couple Jadwiga and Józef Chełmowski have created a wonderful place – an open house with a picturesque garden full of flowers, sculptures and hives. Over time, it became a private open-air museum visited by many guests.
